  • Platform: Refers collectively to our App and Website.
  • Services: All digital products, tools, features, and subscription-based offerings available through the Platform.
  • Subscription: A recurring payment agreement (e.g., monthly or annually) for continued access to our Services.

  • You / User: Any individual or organization utilizing our Platform and Services.
  • 3. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following period.

    How to Cancel:

  • Navigate to the “Subscription” tab under account settings.
  • Click on “Cancel” and follow the confirmation steps.
  • Important Notes:
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or early cancellations.
  • You will continue to have full access to the subscription features until the end of your billing cycle.
  • By proceeding with cancellation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
  • 4. Non-Refundable Services

    In general, the following services are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions obtained at a discounted rate or via promotional offers.
  • One-time payments for downloadable content or digital add-ons that are fully accessible at the time of purchase.
  • Any digital product or service that has been accessed, used, or consumed post-purchase.
  • Note: If your local consumer protection laws in Zambia grant you additional rights, this policy shall be interpreted to ensure full compliance with such laws.

    5. Returns and Reversals

    Because our services are digital and intangible, returns do not apply in the traditional sense. No physical items will be exchanged or returned.

    You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your cancellation request is submitted successfully.
  • You retain confirmation of cancellation or payment.
  • You provide clear details of any refund request including relevant transaction IDs.
  • Refunds cannot be processed without verifiable records of your payment and service usage.

    6. Online and In-App Payments

    For payments made through online or in-app payment systems: Refunds (where applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment within 24 hours of the initial transaction, provided the transaction is eligible under this policy. The funds will be returned through the same payment channel used during the purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, mobile money, or online wallet).
