Community Saving Fund (CSF) App - General Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By accessing and subscribing to the CSF app, you confirm that you agree to the terms of service outlined in this document. These terms apply to the CSF website, mobile app, emails, or any other type of communication between you and CSF.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the CSF team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profit or data arising from the use or inability to use the materials on this platform, even if the CSF team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials results in the need for servicing or repairing equipment or data, you will bear the entire cost.

CSF shall not be responsible for any outcome during the course of using our resources. We reserve the right to revise pricing and resource usage policies at any time.

License

CSF grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly in accordance with these terms.

These terms and conditions form a contract between you and CSF ("CSF," "us," "we," or "our"), the provider of the CSF website and services (collectively, the "CSF Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the CSF Service. "You" refers to both the individual and the entity you represent. Violating these terms may lead to cancellation of your account or denial of access without notice.

• Company: Refers to Coltnet Enterprise Limited, Lusaka, Zambia—the provider and responsible party for the CSF platform.
• Country: Refers to Zambia, where the CSF offices are located.
• Device: Any internet-connected hardware (phone, tablet, computer, etc.) used to access the CSF platform.
• CSF Service: The services provided by CSF as described on the app and website.
• Third-party Service: Includes advertisers, sponsors, partners, or any third party offering relevant content or services.
• Website: Refers to CSF's official site at https://communitysavingfund.com/
• You: Any person or legal entity registered to use the CSF platform.
